Your stay
Luxury Apartment with Golf View is one private apartment with three bedrooms, two bathrooms and two balconies. Direct bookings are for 5–90 nights. A maximum of five guests, including children, may stay. Pets are not allowed. Swimming pools and gardens are shared with the residential community.
Price and payment
Your booking summary shows the accommodation price, cleaning fee, any applicable discount and the total payable. Payments are in euros by bank transfer. The advance payment is part of the total price; it is not an additional fee.

Provisional hold and confirmation
Your dates are held provisionally for 48 hours from your reservation request. We send payment instructions, the required payment amount, the deadlines and your booking reference by email. Please initiate the transfer within those 48 hours and allow enough time to meet any earlier payment deadline.
If you send proof of transfer within 48 hours, we can extend the provisional hold while the money arrives, up to five banking days from the original request. Banking days exclude weekends and public holidays affecting the transfer. This allowance does not extend the balance deadline or allow payment after arrival. For example, a booking made 31 days before arrival still has its balance due the following day.
Your booking is confirmed when the required payment has reached our account and we send confirmation. A transfer receipt alone is not final confirmation. If payment has not arrived by the deadline, we will check the situation and contact you before releasing the dates.
Cancellation
Send cancellation requests in writing to pueblaaidamijas@gmail.com. Cancellation takes effect on the day we receive your written request.

Any refund is calculated using these cancellation charges. The advance payment is not a separate non-refundable fee. No refund is provided if you voluntarily end your stay early.
Changes to your booking
Send amendment requests in writing to the same email address. Changes depend on availability and our written agreement. We will explain any price difference and any applicable charge before you decide whether to accept the change.
If we cannot provide the apartment
If we cannot provide the apartment you booked, we will refund all amounts you have paid for that booking. Alternative accommodation is offered only with your agreement. You may decline an alternative and receive a full refund.
