Pay by bank transfer
More than 30 days before arrival: 50% in advance, with the balance due 30 days before your stay. For bookings made 30 days or less before arrival, the full price is payable in advance.
We email our bank details, your booking reference, payment amount and deadlines. Please initiate the transfer within 48 hours, or sooner if an earlier deadline applies. Tell us when you have sent it.

Is this one apartment or a hotel?
This is one private holiday apartment in the Puebla Aida community, with three bedrooms, two bathrooms and two balconies.
Are the swimming pools private?
The swimming pools and gardens belong to the residential community and are shared. The two balconies are part of the apartment.
How many guests can stay, and are pets allowed?
The apartment accommodates a maximum of 5 guests, including children. Pets are not allowed.
How do I confirm a booking?
Choose your dates above and continue to Smoobu. Review the total price, complete your details, choose bank transfer and accept the terms. Your dates are then held provisionally. We send payment instructions by email and confirm your booking after the required payment reaches our account.
